The Creative Identity Code is a full-spectrum movement for creative awakening, personal reinvention, and bold self-expression in an age of noise, burnout, and conformity.
Created by artist and educator Heather Kim Rodriguez, PhD (aka Hedda Kim), in collaboration with experimental composer Jair-Rôhm Parker Wells, this dynamic framework helps people across disciplines unlock their creative potential by identifying and working with their unique Creative Archetype, and learning to integrate their missing energy for lasting transformation.
At its core, The Creative Identity Code teaches that creativity is not a rare talent or a job title, it's a personality system and a way of life. Drawing from Jungian psychology, behavioral theory, and real-world artistry, the system defines 11 creative archetypes (like The Dreamer, The Disrupter, The Performer, and The Activist), each with their strengths, blocks, and an essential “missing energy” they must develop to become balanced and fulfilled creators.

Heather Kim Rodriguez, PhD (a.k.a. Hedda Kim) is the firestarter behind The Creative Identity Code. A multidisciplinary artist, educator, and trauma-informed creativity coach, Heather has spent over four decades helping people reclaim their voice, heal expressive wounds, and reconnect with their creative identity.
Raised in a high-demand religion and steeped in purity culture, Heather spent years trying to balance two opposing worlds until her body, and her voice, shut down. Diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia, an “incurable” vocal disorder, she defied every prognosis by healing it herself.
That radical reclamation of her creative expression became the origin of The Creative Identity Code.
Born from that journey of voice loss, religious indoctrination, and radical healing, Heather's framework reclaims creativity not as luxury, but as life force. Her work bridges the personal and the political, the sacred and the rebellious, the artistic and the embodied.
Today, Heather helps others transmute shame into expression, silence into sound, and fear into flame, through art, movement, story, and unapologetic truth.
She is the soul of the movement-the one who burned the rulebook and rewrote the map.

Meet Jair-Rôhm Parker Wells.
Sonic Architect of the Creative Identity Code.

Jair-Rôhm Parker Wells is more than a bassist, he's a frequency shifter. For over five decades, he has fused jazz, ambient sound, and radical improvisation to push the bass beyond its limits and into the realm of creative liberation.

Drawing from the lineage of Eberhard Weber and the ECM aesthetic, Jair-Rôhm reimagines the instrument with live electronics, looping, and spontaneous composition, crafting soundscapes that don't just fill space, but transform it.

His performances are portals. His sound is rebellion. And his presence in this movement reminds us: creativity isn't just heard, it's felt.

From solo homages like Pendulum Rewired, to boundary-breaking collaborations with artists like Reeves Gabrels (David Bowie, The Cure), Jonathan Kane (Swans), and Eugene Chadbourne, Jair-Rôhm carries the voice of the future through the body of the bass.

As co-creator of The Creative Identity Code, Jair-Rôhm brings sonic innovation to psychological transformation, anchoring the movement in rhythm, resistance, and real-time revelation.
